Was treated fairly in regards to the actual purchse The 2015 GMC Terrain we bought was owned by a smoker. The car's interior smelled heavily of smoke. The set off a "bomb" as they called it and 24 hours later the bomb was actually worse than the smoke. We spent a week running ozone generators in the car at night and leaving it outside with all the doors open during the day and finally the bomb perfume smell is gone but the smoke smell is back. Cant figure out how to get the smell out. Was contacted by the dealership after the purchase and I explained the odor problem. THey said to wait a few more days and then contact them about the smell. will be doing that today. More

Por communication I bought a used vehicle from them March 20th. The only thing I was told was wrong with it was the exhaust. Come to find out after I bought it there is oil all over the lower intake. And I've wasn't just the exhaust that needed to be fixed it also needs a new strut. Literally 7 days after I bought it it died on me while driving down the road at 45mph (not stopped I was driving) and continued to do it to me multiple times till I could get it to my mechanic. I have called russ darrow and talked to just about every sales manager possible and they all tell me the same thing "I will look into it and give you a call back" until this day 3 weeks later they still have not called me about it and I have called them dozens of times. I will never buy any type of vehicle from another Russ Darrow. More

I would give 0 stars. Worse experience of my life. I cannot express how stressful this has been on our life. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!!!! My husband and I purchased a vehicle here 2 weeks ago today. At the time we test drove it, it made no noises at all. However, the air pressure light for the tire was one on the dashboard. We asked them to take it to service and air the tires and see if it drove better and if the light went out. Brought it back to us and said everything looked good. They put some air in the tires and should be good to go now. We drove it, again. Light on dash went out and everything felt fine. Started vehicle the next morning and it was screaming under the hood. Husband checked it and the tension pully was going out. It was not doing this yesterday when we bought it. It was oiled or lubed to stop the noise. We had also called that we were coming to test drive it before we arrived. How convenient. Then, husband goes to check air in tires and finds the valve stem completely broken off the tire! There is no way in heck they put air in that tire!!! No way. They lied. Now, this was also our first purchase in many years and we were already nervous about doing it. This is our ONLY vehicle. And, my husband is having surgery on the 15th of February and I need to be able to drive him around to and from the hospital and to appointments, etc. Plus, my son just moved in and his car is having problems and he is relying on us to drive him to work. This car had to be dependable. Husband was livid. I called Russ Darrow of Waukesha and BRANDON assured me that he would take care of all these things for me. (The tensioner pully and the valve stem issue.) I asked to bring the car to West Bend Russ Darrow since Waukesha is 1 hour away. He made that happen. My husband brought the vehicle to West Bend and they were great, but after dropping my husband off at work and having the car all day, Brandon refused to approve any work to be done on it and said we now had to bring it to Waukesha. Husband called Waukesha, again. DAVE DUNNING told him they would take care of everything, which now included tpms sensors. West Bend said all 4 needed to be replaced. Waukesha said they would do 1. Made an appt to drive the hour down there to get it fixed. Husband there now. Guess what? Oh,service is only approved to fix the valve stem, not the tpms sensor, not the tensioner or belt. Oh, and BRANDON is not there. DAVE is not there. No GM, no service manager. Are you kidding me. How long are you going to screw us around? It's been 2 weeks. My husband has surgery in 1 week now. This is out of control. NEVER, EVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! They are deceptive and they lie. More
