Incompetent Collision Center Employees I brought my car to the collision center for bodywork and to repair damaged side mirror. When I went to pickup the car, the damage was still evident I brought my car to the collision center for bodywork and to repair damaged side mirror. When I went to pickup the car, the damage was still evident under the poorly done new paint job. Plus, they forgot to fix the damaged side mirror. Even the manager said the work was done incorrectly. All the work had to be redone which was a waste of my time. Very bad customer service. They couldn't tell me why the work wasn't completed correctly the first time, but they were quick to try and get my money the first time before even showing me my car. When I emailed the store manager, I got no response. More
Poor Communication and Did Not Pay Me What I was Owed Do not buy a car from this dealership. If you have problems they will not follow through or communicate with you. I bought a car from them on June 17, Do not buy a car from this dealership. If you have problems they will not follow through or communicate with you. I bought a car from them on June 17, 2017 and the financial part of the deal is the problem. The car has been fine. They owed me $1590.21 but have only paid $1501.21. I know it is only $89 but they should pay what they owe. The General Manager Brett Reuter told me that he contacted their corporate office on July 7th and told them to send me a check. I waited 14 days and haven't received a check. I have emailed and called him multiple times and he will not return my calls or email. I have also submitted an online customer service form which Russ Darrow claims they will respond within 30 minutes but it has been 2 days and no response. I have also contacted their corporate office because I was told that they issue the checks and so far no response from them. Stay clear of this dealership unless you like dealing with people that will steal money from you. More

Not happy I recently leased a new car from Russ Darrow Kia of Madison. I chose Russ Darrow because of their reputation for being fair and efficient. However, my I recently leased a new car from Russ Darrow Kia of Madison. I chose Russ Darrow because of their reputation for being fair and efficient. However, my experience was much different. When I picked the car up, it was damaged. They made apologies and promised to fix the scratches on it. They also offered me free pick up and delivery service. They also assured me that all of the damages would be fixed and the car would be fully detailed and returned within 2 days. I was assured that for the trouble, I would receive free all weather mats and a full tank of gas. When the car was returned to me EIGHT days later, the tank was empty, there were no mats, the inside was not detailed, and to top it off not all of the damaged was fixed. They made no attempt to contact me during this ordeal to let me know that there would be delays. I had to make contact. I have not been told how this situation will be rectified. The customer service experience here was terrible. I have asked to speak with a manager but have been unable to do so. He is conveniently "busy" and does not return my calls. Also the receptionist has hung up on me while transferring my call 3 or 4 times. I will never buy a car from Russ Darrow again. More
