True customer concern amid poorly streamlined service The employees really care and want to help get your car the service it needs. The service technicians did a good job. The down side is that a drive up oil change can take 1 hour or more. I feel like it’s partly due to your car siitting in the indoor bay’s gridlock. This visit I added a detailing service (car wash with hand dry, Vacume) to my oil change so I understood it would take a bit longer. Got home and found the rear tailgate carpet area was NOT even touched. Since some competitors include vacuuming as a part of their oil change, It is frustrating to pay extra for the carpet to be cleaned and not even get a thorough job. Despite this mishap I do appreciate the customer service I revived from the check in staff. More

Russ Darrow should in our estimation give Joe a big raise for how he goes about representing Russ Darrow. Dealerships in general have a negative connotation for most people. I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership, so we hammered out pre-approval and much of the negotiations via email. By the time I stepped foot in the dealership, my financing was ready to go and it was a short, simple process to finalize the deal. I'm thrilled with the warranty and maintenance package I chose, and look forward to beginning a relationship with the Russ Darrow Kia team! More
Service was so so Went in for an oil change and they asked if I wanted to rotate my tires. I told the man at the desk “ sure the back tires have bad wear on them.” He s Went in for an oil change and they asked if I wanted to rotate my tires. I told the man at the desk “ sure the back tires have bad wear on them.” He said then it would be good to rotate them. After waiting for an hour or so. They tell me it’s all done. Get my kids loaded up and start to drive off realize my steering wheel is shaking and wasn’t doing it when I brought it in. Took it back and had a different service guy look at it. He said the wear on the back that they rotated to the front was really bad and it they should’ve not been rotated. He said they just need to be replaced. I was already mad and upset. At first they told me to call back the next day and talk to the service manager about a refund. I was getting pretty mad at this point and finally the sales manager came over and helped me. More

They need to be more respectful and DONT wash if you will leave worst dirty and DONT move the controls inside of the vehicle, they also used a dirty clothes to clean inside and the odor was terrible once I got inside of my vehicle.
