Kia sportage purchase Was not pleased with my experience buying a vehicle. Spent over 4 hours which is ridiculous as I had everything in order including my title, financing Was not pleased with my experience buying a vehicle. Spent over 4 hours which is ridiculous as I had everything in order including my title, financing arranged, etc. Told Jim (salesperson) exactly what I was interested in, even had a list with 4 vehicles and their # for easy finding. I wanted a CPO vehicle with low miles. Jim had me test drive a brand new sportage assuring me it would only be a couple thousand extra dollars. During the test drive I asked him the price and it was almost $7000 more! I told him I probably would not be interested in the "paint protection package" but noticed there was an amount on the numbers I asked him what it was and it was the paint protection package. Had to tell him to take it off. Had to ask him 4 TIMES for the car fax! He kept disappearing and just did not appear to know what he was doing all the while talking nonstop about who knows what. Said he would activate the hands free phone in car. He was unable to do it and my nephew had it all set up within 5 min. I have owned the car less than a month, have put on only 150 miles and my service engine notification appears! I'm thinking it is due for an oil change as it has 5250 miles on it. I know for a fact that the oil was not changed when I bought it that day. Very very unhappy to the point I am thinking of trading it in on something else. Certainly not at Russ Darrow Kia! More

Needed Maintenance, I was given an updated analysis of the potential problems with my vehicle along with a cost estimate. I was also informed that my vehicle had two reca I was given an updated analysis of the potential problems with my vehicle along with a cost estimate. I was also informed that my vehicle had two recall notifications that were also taken care of in a timely fashion. Everything fell into place, cost estimate and timetable. Very friendly staff. I took my KIA in for an oil change. Everything went well, everyone is helpful. Do have some issues, they run the car thru a car wash and it comes ou I took my KIA in for an oil change. Everything went well, everyone is helpful. Do have some issues, they run the car thru a car wash and it comes out more spotty then when it went in, maybe have a spotfree. Also the weather is getting warmer out and after i got back in my car it smelled of body odor and grease. I dont like to complain but my car isnt even a yr old, dont want that smell in my seats. More
