First Timer This was the first time I needed to take my car in for an oil change. They told me it would be 1 1/2 hours. The waiting area was nice. Plenty of space to sit and snacks to boot. When my vehicle was done, I was retrieved from the waiting room with an apology that it took so long. They are really busy on Saturday mornings. I was quite surprised when I got into my vehicle and there was an empty coffee cup!!!!! That was disturbing. It wasn’t there when I dropped off my vehicle. I don’t drink coffee. Not sure who that the belonged to...the mechanic?? More

Unexpected Surprise I looked online before I came and I was set on what I wanted to get. I knew I had to get a used car because I couldn't offered the newer vehicles.
