It was a fast car purchase for us, but we shared the options we wanted and things we would like in our vehicle. We did get all those things. Staff was helpful through the process. I will say, it is my preference to see the vehicles in the lot versus the sales person picking out the vehicle for me, so that was not something I cared for. The sales person did understand that was not my preference and we did look at the other vehicles. Our questions were answered and we did get follow up call after the purchase to make sure all outstanding items were taken care of. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a Kia. More
