Very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Much better than the manager Steve at the other Appleton Kia location. The management is excellent at the Superstore. Bottom line, don't go to the 4400 location in Appleton!! Go to these guys instead. They will find you a car you want and that fits your budget!! More
Went in for a Sorento and met Jake. I had some funny looks from him when i asked questions or told him what I wanted. We test drove one while they looked at our trade in. We came back and they didn't have exactly what we wanted so we asked them to price out two different option packages. He passed a form to sign and I asked him what this was. He said it just said that if the price was right we would agree to buy today. It was a full sheet of writing and I told him I wasn't interested in signing that. He said ok and went to the manager I guess. He came back with prices that were 3500.00 over sticker prices! I said that was ridiculous. He said that was the best they could do. We walked out and will never set foot in their dealership again! More
I took my 2005 Kia Optima in for its 60,000 mile service, which included replacing the timming belt. When I picked up the car there was an extreamly bad vibration comming from the engine. I took it back to t which included replacing the timming belt. When I picked up the car there was an extreamly bad vibration comming from the engine. I took it back to the service department and spoke to the service manager. He told me that there was nothing wrong with the car. The srvice manager was extreamly rude! I took the car to a differant KIA dealer. After a quick inspection in the service department, they found that the hermonic balancer was damaged and out of balance. They fixed it at no charge. I then called Russ Darrow and advised the service manager of the situation. He advised me never to bring my car back to them and to never set foot on the Russ Darrow's property. NO Problem. I am sure to tell all of my freinds never to set foot on thier property! More
Had to go to them in order to get a transmission fixed. They overquoted me, which I found out afterwards. However during them finding the items that needed to be fixed in the car, they failed to tell me th They overquoted me, which I found out afterwards. However during them finding the items that needed to be fixed in the car, they failed to tell me that my waterpump was going bad. They wanted to "wait" until I came in after being stranded. Even if they didn't know - they are stupid first off and not really good mechanics. Anyone would know that the leak where it was leaking from was the waterpump. Basically I almost lost my whole car due to them having their eyes on the money and not on the customer. You go farther in life if you treat people right then trying to take advantage of them. Everyone that was in the waiting room while I was there came in for simple services and ended up with msjor bills and were upset. If they were to dare to challenge the staff on the charges they would get attitude from the service guys, and very flippant responses. I will never buy a dodge again because of this experience. More
