Great place to get a second chance! Even though J.D. Byrider jacks the prices up on the cars, and charges a ton of interest, they are a decent dealership to work with! They are taking a risk giving people like me a 2nd chance to fix my past mistakes. They were great to work with when i bought my car and did everything they could to get me the car I wanted. The warranty on mt car was great and i never had a problem getting any warranty worked covered. Even after the warranty expired, the service department does an awesome job getting your car fixed for as cheap as possible. The labor rate is a ton cheaper then a normal shop and they will do the work finding the best price on parts. The service manager Sampson is amazing and so awesome to work with!! He was 100% honest and upfront about everything and went out of his way to get my car fixed as cheap and as quick as possible. Even the financing company is great to work with! As long as you make your payments on time they will treat you great! I cant say enough good things about the service department specifically but the whole company as well. More
