My eclipse service review Samson DeFranco is the best service manager you will find at a JD Byrider ever. I would not hesitate to say he is more friendly and more knowledgeable Samson DeFranco is the best service manager you will find at a JD Byrider ever. I would not hesitate to say he is more friendly and more knowledgeable than most larger dealerships service manager as well. I did notice he had an award for being a top employee of Russ Darrow. I thought that was super cool. Anyway I brought in my Mitsubishi Eclipse for an oil change and Samson took a look at it while he doing the oil change! He noticed my strut towers were rusted and told me not to drive it. He could have potentially saved me from an accident just from doing his due diligence and noticing something that looked off. I recommend this shop to anyone. More
