I was not satisfied with the purchase that was made on June 7 of 2022. The loan officer is not honest and reliable when needed. However, when the investor sends me the paper works it was 4.99% and 66 months. Thirdly, I try to call the loan officer 4 to 5 times a day and he never answers. I call him for a couple of days but he never returned my call, this is bad service and not honest. I believe I am being scammed by this loan officer his name is Guy. I will not shop at this dealership and will tell those people that I knew not to shop at Russ Darrow Direct Appleton. Lastly, one week after I bought the car, I woke up and start the car but somehow the car wasn't starting. I have to have someone try to idle and I used a wooden stick to hit the starter in order to get the engine started. They did a pretty bad job at taking care or servicing the car before they post it for sale. More

I recently bought a vehicle from Russ Darrow in Appleton. Mark Huth told me he would have service go thru and beautify it. However I would have to come back to do it.
