I was sold a car that started having mechanical issues within 50 miles driven from the dealership and was not able to return this vehicle. Went in the other day for a specific car, sticker physically in the window of the car while we were there and online was $24,664. Started working a deal right away as soon as I got home less than 2 hours later by texting the salesman and the price magically jumped to $26,411. Absolute scam dealer. All the salesman kept saying was that market prices change, that their car was the best, and asked how we could move forward with the sale. The car had an accident on carfax, a windshield that needed replacing, and a scuffed up rear bumper. Mind you, this thing is ONE year old. Long story short, found the same vehicle (Year, Make, Model and Trim) just 100 miles away from them and went the next day and purchased it. Clean Carfax, 11,000 LESS miles, no problems to the body, and a perfect windshield. OH, and the 2nd dealer gave me the discount I requested, AND gave me top dollar for my trade too. Russ Darrow wouldn't even give me $100 off the price......Shop elsewhere folks. This place is the equivalent to a slumlord for those of you who rent. Watch the episode of Seinfeld called "The Dealership," as this is what you can expect at this place. More
