DISGUSTING customer service. Buyers, look out for the wolf in sheep’s clothing at this dealership. I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra from this dealership. My main concern Buyers, look out for the wolf in sheep’s clothing at this dealership. I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra from this dealership. My main concern with the car was the transmission issues that have been common with this line of cars. The salesman assured me that this wasn’t the case with the 2017 model anymore as Nissan had fixed the issue they were having and this run of cars no longer had the same problems of the 2016. Two days after owning the car, I could feel something wrong with the transmission. I thought I was paranoid as the transmission of the previous car that I owned had given out while on the highway, so I kept driving it. A couple weeks later, I was still experiencing these issues. I even felt the car lose power going up a hill and so this spurred me to take the car in to get looked at. The Russ Darrow service garage found a transmission code but felt that it wasn’t a big deal and sent me on my way. I went to a Nissan dealer to get a second opinion and there they found a transmission code, as well, and recommended that I get the entire transmission replaced. Now of course, I was slightly over Russ Darrow’s 1000-mile warranty and so they offered me ABSOLUTELY NO HELP with my car and told me to look elsewhere. Three weeks of owning this car and I’ve lost thousands of dollars on something that was almost certainly a problem with the car when they sold it to me. Thank you for the headache. I will take my business elsewhere. More
They know how to hand out a line of crap! ! The salesperson Mark acted like he had my back at first. WELL. Bought vehicle Sept 2022, the vehicle had problems 1 hour after driving off lot, ca ! Quess what! there is nothing wrong with your vehicle. The finance person (Guy) rode with me and I pointed out what I noticed, and he didn't hear or feel anything (Imagine that.) Told me you just have to get use to it WHAT!! get use to it. I called the following week left messages and NO ONE I mean NO ONE! has yet to call me back. Very frustrated with them and this vehicle. Once bought they want nothing to with you!! They have their car salesmanship down to a science of BS More
I was not satisfied with the purchase that was made on June 7 of 2022. The loan officer is not honest and reliable when needed. At first, the loan officer adds the extended warranty without introducing the product (extended warranty) before he offers it. Secondly, he told me that the APR is 4% and 60 months. However, when the investor sends me the paper works it was 4.99% and 66 months. Thirdly, I try to call the loan officer 4 to 5 times a day and he never answers. I call him for a couple of days but he never returned my call, this is bad service and not honest. I believe I am being scammed by this loan officer his name is Guy. I will not shop at this dealership and will tell those people that I knew not to shop at Russ Darrow Direct Appleton. Lastly, one week after I bought the car, I woke up and start the car but somehow the car wasn't starting. I have to have someone try to idle and I used a wooden stick to hit the starter in order to get the engine started. They did a pretty bad job at taking care or servicing the car before they post it for sale. More

I recently bought a vehicle from Russ Darrow in Appleton. Mark Huth told me he would have service go thru and beautify it. However I would have to come back to do it. I scheduled a appointment and mentioned to Mark to make sure the dings got taken out and was told well we looked at pictures and they weren't in there when you bought it. So now I'm left with a car with two dings that were supposed to be fixed and now they won't stand behind it. More
