My car was not entered into the system when I dropped it off causing them to say it was not there when I called later to see if it was done. Later around 3pm they said i was sent a text saying they were wo off causing them to say it was not there when I called later to see if it was done. Later around 3pm they said i was sent a text saying they were working on my vehicle. I had to call to confirm and was told it'll be don't after 5pm. The accountability and customer service is horrible with the added issue of the work costing over $244 than the estimate that I was initially given! More

After purchasing the car, on the very first day while driving home, I noticed that my engine was overheating. On the third day, I got a check engine error code P0304. I was given an appointment only a week later, even though I need the car for work. After visiting the mechanic, the overheating issue disappeared, but not for long—it reappeared today, about a week later. The check engine error was not fixed at all because they couldn’t find the issue. I’m very frustrated because I thought I was buying a reliable car for work from a trusted service, but instead, I faced serious problems on the very first day. I already have an appointment with the mechanic this Monday, March 17. Most likely, I will lose several more days of work because of this. More
