The sales manager was, on the other hand, pushy and not understanding of my time time restraints during my visit. When we are ready to purchase in early 2018, I will be checking the inventory, and contacting Dan, hoping we can bypass the sales manager. I'm just being truthful, and expect the same in return. Unexpected pleasure buying a vehicle! I have bought several cars in my lifetime but have never experienced the customer service I experienced at Russ Darrow Jeep in West Bend. My salesman Rat was friendly, informative and legitimately seemed concerned with getting the right vehicle for the right price. I stopped at another jeep dealership in the area prior to Russ Darrow and spend over 20 minutes out in the lot with not so much as a "hello". I even went inside the show room and no one greeted or acknowledged me. Ray at Russ Darrow greeted me in minutes and within 5 minutes he had me rest driving vehicles. When the pricing did not work for me on the first vehicle he did not stop and showed me several cars the would fit my budget as well as my large build. Ray and his manager worked with me for several hours until we all were satisified. Never once did they try to upsell me into something I could afford not did they lose interest in me when I did buy the more expensive vehicle. I have never walked out of dealership feeling as well as I did at Russ Darrow. THEY MAY HAVE JUST GAINED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. More

Extremely rude- how do you expect to get customers that way??? Dan followed up with a phone call explaining that it was an automated email but it is still rude and I am seriously questioning if I want to return to your dealership if this is how the communication is!
