An enjoyable experience. I had been in the market for a new vehicle for some time now, and on black Friday I decided to shop around at my local Russ Darrow in WB. When I got o I had been in the market for a new vehicle for some time now, and on black Friday I decided to shop around at my local Russ Darrow in WB. When I got on the lot I immediately saw a sales associate walk towards me, and the stereotypical thoughts went through my head; oh man this guy is going to talk my ear off and try to sell me something that I simply can't afford blah blah... However, when I met my associate, Rick Hodge, I was pleased to find that he was exactly the type of salesperson I wanted. I straight up told him what I was looking for, and he listened very well. He wasted no time in showing me certain vehicles on the lot, and when none of them really stood out to me, he used his resources to locate the perfect car. He brought it over to the lot asap, and as it turns out it was the perfect car that I wanted. Rick was helpful, polite, and had a vast knowledge of what he was doing, and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. During the paperwork process, he fought for the best deals for me, which I am grateful. For the brief time that I met him, Larry also was nice and helped me out with some deals as well, and Dana was great too! Overall, Rick really made my experience at Russ Darrow enjoyable, and I am very glad I got to meet him. On a side note, he even took the time to sign me up for Mopar accessories, which I really appreciate. Thank you, Rick! More

Oil change/tire rotation Promised completion in 1.5 hours, took 2 hours. Then, oil leaked out, husband fixed, returned next morning for check. Was given number for tow truck b Promised completion in 1.5 hours, took 2 hours. Then, oil leaked out, husband fixed, returned next morning for check. Was given number for tow truck but we were able to put in enough oil to get oil pressure back so we didn’t need it.
