Got an email from Larry one afternoon asking if I need more details when I was looking for leasing, I sent him short and straight email with what I have offer and if he can beat, 5 min later got a call that he will not only beat that but actually offered me pacifica limited version vs Touring L plus. I didn't take a hear beat to say yes and all went butterly smooth from there. Rick helped me with patience with my initial paperwork and also while delivering he explained everything in detail. Aamir in finance was amazing no push for upsells straight yes or no and plenty of signature and I am was out to door within 45 Min into the dealership. I drove 60 Mile one way for this and would do it again if I am buying FCA vehicle. Great Job guys! More
