Emergency service needed I was in West Bend on a one day family visit on Sat Jan 27th. Upon my arrival, I experienced car trouble. I called your service dept and Kate was ve I was in West Bend on a one day family visit on Sat Jan 27th. Upon my arrival, I experienced car trouble. I called your service dept and Kate was very friendly and said it was ok to drop the car off. I did so, a diagnostic test was done and the work was completed within a few hours. The service was very gracious as Kate dropped me off at my parents home and then a very nice young man ( sorry not certain of his name) picked me up when my car was ready . The service and accommodation that I received was very much appreciated - thank you! More

Nice sales man but price WAY too high for comps My husband and I recently visited Russ Darrow and worked with Rick to get a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. While they were very nice, we feel lik My husband and I recently visited Russ Darrow and worked with Rick to get a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. While they were very nice, we feel like we kept getting the go around and excuses for the high price (computer errors and underline costs) when we can get the same if not lower price on one that’s a year newer. After 2 days of negotiations we weren’t able to come to an agreeable price and elected to try another dealership. We stated we would then like to by a 2018 at a good deal and they asked us to complete a review upon going to a different location. We feel like they would rather us go somewhere else than to negotiate on a vehicle that’s been sitting on the lot. I don’t think they can handle people willing to buy but that does extensive research and can’t be given an ultimatum to buy their TODAY ONLY price. More

Out of the 5 dealerships we visited,the salesman at this dealership was the most personable, most informative, and we felt no pressure as he wanted my daughter to get the vehicle that was”right for her” and would also fit her budget. The overall experience we had there in purchasing a car for her was top notch, which also included interactions with the management and finance departments. Best car buying experience we have ever had! I normally HATE car shopping and I began car shopping at 2 other dealerships before coming to Russ Darrow and was not happy and actually more frustrat I normally HATE car shopping and I began car shopping at 2 other dealerships before coming to Russ Darrow and was not happy and actually more frustrated than ever because I knew this was not going to be fun. However the minute we met Dan Powell he made me feel at ease! He made the experience wonderful!! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and confident with our purchase. He even spent time showing us all the features of our new car AFTER we were completely done with the purchase, which was unexpected. The dealership manager also went out of his way to make us happy and we were very happy with him as well! More

Needs were met, but was a very long day! We are repeat customers, so when my husband needed a car we automatically called Rick. He really came through for us and we never felt pressured in any way, and yes I will recommend him to our friends and family for sure. However, we did not have the same experience when meeting with John for the financing. It took forever to get it done and he kept pressuring us to buy the warranty that we did not want. I kept telling him no, that we have a very tight budget, but he just kept insisting. To be honest with you if my husband did not need a car that day we probably would have walked out! Now we have a warranty that we didn't want and don't even know what we bought, as we have no paperwork for it to show us. Please don't let this reflect on Rick as we was really great, but I will hesitate to do business with you again because of John, sorry wasn't really happy about it. More

Jim Dunker immediately started to work to fix the mistakes. He was great throughout the whole buying process: super helpful and very honest. If it wasn’t for him, i would’ve been very dissatisfied with Russ Darrow and would not have reached out to them again. More
