Great service, great selection. My wife and I were looking for a Pacifica Hybrid in the Appleton area. Finding a small selection in the Appleton area, we drove to West Bend since they had 10 hybrids available (Bergstrom only had 1) Our salesperson helped us test drive 3 vehicles. Usually I don't like salespeople because they can be pushy, but Jim was personable and friendly. When it came to negotiating a price, Larry worked with us to find a price and package that my wife and I were comfortable with. The finance manager, Jonathan was quick and efficient. This is the 4th new car we've purchased, but the first from Russ Darrow. For us, the drive was well worth it, and we will seriously consider shopping at Russ Darrow again as well as recommend them to our friends! More
