Disgusting I selected one star because I couldn't select zero stars. Poor customer service, they wouldn't make eye contact, one guy was more interested in picki I selected one star because I couldn't select zero stars. Poor customer service, they wouldn't make eye contact, one guy was more interested in picking his scabs than assisting the other lady at the counter with finding recall information- but he at least entertained the idea that there was an active recall on the vehicle, the lady rolled her eyes and kept telling us we were wrong. We were there for a schedule detailing. I guess asking about additional service violates dealership etiquette. Ended up paying about $180 for the detail which constituted of an amoral wipe, a break light failure notification, and a lost/stolen center console change tray. When we asked about the change tray, of course it wasnt in the vehicle to begun with, the guy couldn't be reached who did the detailing, and the break light error was there the whole time. These people are rude and have no business being in customer service. The detailing was a waste- I could have done what they did at the local carshwarsh for $20. I'm so disappointed. More

They didn’t have the one we wanted onsite so she had it brought over immediately from Milwaukee. Her simple approach and non-pushy demeanor is what actually got us to get the vehicle there on the spot. Scott also went above and beyond to make sure the deal went together well and make us feel like we were in the right place. Highly recommend dealing with these two if buying from RD West Bend. More

Awesome experience We had been looking for a family vehicle for months and we worked with Janessa and she was amazing to work with. We had a set budget, features that were a must for us and that’s what she showed us. We had experiences at other locations where we were showed several vehicles either out of our price range or without the “must haves.” Janessa stuck to our wants and needs and nothing else! My wife and I were being patient and considerate, but it did leave a bad taste, on what was a pretty positive experience, plus we were getting the car we wanted. Ashley was also very helpful and prompt communicating. We would return, but not put up with the stuff outlined above. More
