They kept their forecast of 16 weeks from order to shop pick-up. Good rebate/discounts - nothing exceptional though. I have had sum bad experiences with the service department in the past. Good news. That was the past. Today is the present. The service advisor Katie was very easy to do business with. Made you fee department in the past. Good news. That was the past. Today is the present. The service advisor Katie was very easy to do business with. Made you feel like a valued family member of the Russ Darrow family. Price for 4 new tires with alignment was very competitive. True reason on why Russ Darrow got my business was being fair and non judgemental. Showed empathy and care for both vehicle and my needs as well. Give Russ Darrow Jeep another look for both Sales and Service. More
