I traveled 54 miles to test drive a vehicle. Pretty much as expected for a dealership. Got great response when getting car out the door but when issues were brought up after purchase we got radio silence. There were things that we felt should have been standard (like topping off fluids or having the car running before we left the dealership so we weren't stepping into a cold, frosted windowed vehicle) weren't done. Me and my 6 year old son were stranded the day after purchase in one of the bitterly cold days because the key fob wasn't working (suspecting low battery that we ended up changing). Little things like that just changed our view of the whole experience with the dealership. More
