I arrived at 11 for oil change The girl at counter was terrible she diverted my appointment to 2 hours with her disrespectful attitude she should be removed. My license plate light is broken I have been there 3 times for this only to have lightbulbs replaced that is not the problem it’s the element holding the bulb .
