She and the service tech saved our Thanksgiving and Christmas plans, as I could not get the body repairs done until the end of the year. They made the necessary repairs to make car safe to drive. I took in my jeep for an oil change and that's all that was done. Incorrect oil and no tire rotation for $60. Not too happy about that but oh well.
