To my knowledge this dealership do not have customer loaner cars, yes, dead electrical problem happened on weekend, dealership did not stock battery for this jeep. One hundred ninety five dollars an hour for labor is too much to diagnose something that will take over an hour and that’s nots parts and labor to fix it.
