I went to return my leased Town and Country to the Russ Darrow dealership. I called ahead to make an appointment. When I got there, the agent I was suppose to deal with had decided to take a long weekend Darrow dealership. I called ahead to make an appointment. When I got there, the agent I was suppose to deal with had decided to take a long weekend, and wasn't in the office that day. No of the other agents in the office could handle a lease return. I had to come back another day to turn in a vehicle I did not want anymore. When I came back the next time I was told that I had to continue to carry insurance on the vehicle since the dealership never takes possession of the car, it is mine until Chrylser comes to pick it up which will be in 2 to 4 weeks, and I that I should call and check in to see when it is actually picked up. I had already made arragements to cancel my insurance as I had acutally left the TC there on my first visit. Then they wanted to know why I was not going to do business with them on my next purchase... More
