Keith went to bat for me, after the deal was done the service was sub par. I had brake issues and had to send it back in 2 weeks after purchase, to which the problem didn’t go away. Took 3 days to complete MOST of the repairs. Still can't have passenger because of defective seat belt that can't get parts for but that's not the dealerships fault. Tire pressure overfilled by 6 lbs, no excuse for that. Then I couldn't find my car & wandered angrily around the lot looking for it. Rep said to push the panic button . . . seriously? Finally found in front lot with vehicles for sale. Really should know where they park vehicles for pickup. Then I had to take it back 2nd time for STILL defective tire sensor. After picked up the first time realized that steering wheel & seat heater no longer working (fine before it went in) . They claimed it couldn't have been anything they did (I call xx) & cost me ANOTHER $450. I will never go this dealership again (except for when seat belt comes in because it SHOULD be warranty) unless I have no choice. I'm looking for another local dealership for my next Jeep Cherokee purchase; if none around I will buy something other than Jeep. More

Unfortunately my experience with this dealership was very unsatisfactory and I will make every effort to let the owners or CEOs know that they have perminaly lost 2 customers for any of their dealerships. I was assisting an older woman find and purchase a car and we found the car she wanted at this dealership. The price was $19,933 but when they were done it was nearly $25k I had them take off the extras they tacked on and then the price was $22,180 with some extras I was told couldn't be removed! That's better but still not just tax and title. I inquired about a non-refundable down payment to hold the vehicle and the sales person told me they would have to check and let me know tomorrow. I texted them the next day about the down payment and was told the car was sold later the previous night. Well I had my daughter call and inquire about this car a couple of days later and what they told me is an outright LIE the car still is sitting on their lot and available for my daughter to come test drive. So deceitful that they now claim the quote they sent me was for the wrong car even though the quote shows a picture of the car, the correct stock number and pricing information. LIARS to the end and now that's at least 3 separate people that have lied about this potential purchase.. Unforgivable in my opinion. More
