I was a little slow at first but realized I was talked into buying a battery, this for you to do the testing on my vehicle. Then mid day I'm like how can my dealer not have one to do the testing with ! Yo into buying a battery, this for you to do the testing on my vehicle. Then mid day I'm like how can my dealer not have one to do the testing with ! You should have got the battery, done all testing then once it was determined I had a bad battery and not a draw ,or bad module offered to sell one. I could have then received a free battery from battery plus incurring no charge at all. I feel that at a minimum I should get reimbursed whatever your actual cost on the battery was ( the difference from what I paid). Also what I believe is a battery install charge of $60.00. I have in the past bought two vehicles from you, this doesn’t seem right to me and will influence my future auto shopping. More

After agonizing months waiting for our car to be built and shipped, we finally took delivery yesterday. What a fantastic car! Other than the nail biting waiting, the entire sales process was perfect. Literally 90 minutes to get the car review with Lucas and the paperwork processed by Victoria and I was heading out with the new car. Lucas was super responsive whenever I had any questions and super knowledgable on the new HORNET!!!! Victoria was super friendly and efficient with the paperwork and signing and explained everything great. Also, a big thanks to Tom who worked some nice numbers up for us. Thanks to all at Russ Darrow for a great car buying experience! More
