2 hours for an oil change? I went in to my car’s dealership as usual to get what the sign says a “quick” oil change. I’m used to waiting longer there than a Jiffy Lube, but afte I went in to my car’s dealership as usual to get what the sign says a “quick” oil change. I’m used to waiting longer there than a Jiffy Lube, but after an hour and a half and everyone come and gone, I finally checked. They looked at me as if I was from Mars and went to check. Seems I needed a recall software update and the mechanic kept being interrupted and no one kept me informed. In order to get out of there I had to forego the car wash and vacuum...but I was charged the same. Life is too short for that. More

Courtesy car wash I really like the people and service I get but the courtesy car wash needs to go or be upgraded. Best customer service I can remember! Michael was so great to work with. I had visited the dealership in early June wanting to test drive several different models to help determine which Michael was so great to work with. I had visited the dealership in early June wanting to test drive several different models to help determine which would be the best for me. My schedule is not very flexible between work travel and family medical needs to tend to. Michael was great about working his schedule out to meet with me 3 times in total. After 2 visits I determined what I felt is the model that suits me best. Michael patiently searched out the car for me, contacted me, and from the time I got to the dealership, drove it, worked through the financing, I owned my new car within 3 hours! Michael even watched my dog while we signed all the papers--we had to bring him with us because we were traveling between home and long distance work. And he helped me figure out my phone sincing before I left. On my prior visits Michael absolutely listened to what I wanted and didn't want. I never felt pressured; I only felt that he was doing everything he could to help me find "the car"--and he nailed it! THANK YOU! Financing on site was also quick, easy and painless, making it possible to bring my new ride home same night.
