Suspension replacement Fair and courteous service provided by my repair coordinator Robb. He worked with Dodge to reduce extra costs associated with warranty repair. Dealer great but Jeep warranty coverage less than impressive due to them not covering extra costs and parts replacement that were only incurred due to THEIR warranty issue due to rust. If it is a warranty issue (X-69 warranty bulletin) having to rip apart the rear is not my fault. Again the dealer was great and the people I was dealing with tried but Jeep just doesn’t really care More

During the process there were also some moment that could have gone better. There was one point that my mother and I had informed the dealer that we needed to leave soon in order to go take care of other business and we were kept there for nearly an extra hour.
