Disappointed and disrespectful.. I used to recommend Russ Darrow to all of my friends even strangers when they would ask where we bought our vehicles after my most recent conversation I used to recommend Russ Darrow to all of my friends even strangers when they would ask where we bought our vehicles after my most recent conversation with Tom S. who is a manager there we will no longer be doing ANY business there NOR will we ever recommend them. We leased a vehicle and got in a disagreement regarding the terms of the lease. Now, the disagreement is not the reason for my poor review. The reason for this poor review, in which I would give 0 stars if I could, is the way that Tom is treating me as a human. Below in an excerpt from his email to me in which he is condescending and disrespectful: "I'd like to know where you work so I can have everything you sell fixed for free as long as I own it.... You can keep ignoring the facts (or everything I am saying).." Asking a customer where they work is completely unprofessional and somewhat threatening.
