Jesus Gonzalez is my service rep, but another one stepped in (I don't know his name) while Jesus was taking care of another customer and took care of everything, handing it off to Jesus the moment he was available. More

Unparalled Service Department/Carl Seehoffer Outstanding! 8/1/17 0840 I called the main number followed the prompts to make a service appointment. I was placed on hold and the recorded message said to hold an 8/1/17 0840 I called the main number followed the prompts to make a service appointment. I was placed on hold and the recorded message said to hold and my call would be answered in the order received. periodically over the next 20 minutes I was offered the opportunity to leave a message and receive a callback without losing my place. Since I was driving from Moorpark to Oxnard I stayed on the line and my call was never answered. Upon arriving home I again placed the call and took the option of a call back. Again it claimed it would be returned in the order received. At 11:12am, 2hours and 12 minutes after my second call I received a call from "Wendy" from a call center who checked on available appointments. The next available slot was Wednesday August 9th. Extremely frustrated with the process I told her to forget it and I would go elsewhere. I immediately called the general number and asked for the operator and the phone was answered by "Karen". Karen was polite, professional and efficient. Sensing my frustration she put me in touch with Carl Seehoffer the Service Manager. I have been a customer of Rusnak Audi in Westlake for about 11 years. It should be noted that I live about 2 miles from DCH Audi in Oxnard. I have made the 30 minute drive to Westlake for one reason only, Outstanding Service. When I first started my relationship with Rusnak I was assigned to a Service Writer, Richard Ruiz. When I needed an appointment I simply called him and all of my service needs were taken care of from that point going forward. Richard has since moved to Rusnak Porsche and is missed. I understand the need to free up the service writer from appointment calls but believe me an offsite call center is not the answer in my opinion. It is very inefficient and impersonal. Now to the compliments! I came down in person to meet with Carl Seehoffer at approximately 1:30pm that same day. Carl couldn't have been more understanding and apologetic. He took my car right in for service and provided me with transportation home. He is one in a million and I can't say enough good about him. The call center, now that's another story! putting a face with the person you make appointments with and getting to know the service department staff goes a long way towards excellent customer service. Please consider changing back to in house. More
