Great service Adam provided great service to me. When I arrived at the appointment the computers were down. Instead of making me wait he took note of all the iss Adam provided great service to me. When I arrived at the appointment the computers were down. Instead of making me wait he took note of all the issue and rescheduled my appointment to another day convenient tome. When I came back at the reschedule date everything was already ready, including the loaner. I was in and out in no-time. He informed me of the progress step by step by phone and text messages. He also informed me of 35,000 mile service due that I was not aware of. The car was ready on time and delivered clean. Thank you for great service More

Service rep service excellent, loaner car exp. unacceptable Jesus was good as always but for the second consecutive time I have been charged extra for gasoline for the loaner car. This past visit I got a car t Jesus was good as always but for the second consecutive time I have been charged extra for gasoline for the loaner car. This past visit I got a car to drive to my office in Woodland Hills appr 31-32 miles round trip. The car had a 1/2 tank when I got it, put in 2 gallons before I returned it..,.more than enough to cover the limited mikes driven but received a charge on my card for another $9-10. Even after I told the guy running the cars that I had put a couple gallons in before returning. This also happened on my last visit and wasn't rectified after I complained. You need to change how you track gas consumption and this is not a good way to retain Audi customers for the long haul. I will think twice about buying my next car here despite my satisfaction otherwise with the dealership as a whole. More
