On a scale of 1 to 10, Rusnak Audi is a 12 . Always courteous, knowledgeable and on time. Quick, convenient and friendly Adam is amazing and has always been exceptional. Mr. Hughes Jr. is particular about his automobiles and the time that they are away from him. My only disappointment was actually with the Audi company. I have been driving Audi since 1996 and I been very happy with them. The car I have now had a very strange thing happen and I learned a very uncommon thing. A bolt in the drivers seat frame got loose and the whole frame had to be changed. A very expensive repair. I tried to use my Extended Warranty since it is not a "wear and tear" situation and they denied it. Then the guys and I both tried to have the Audi company cover it and was denied again. I am VERY disappointed in Audi. I feel there is no way this is my fault nor a normal wear and tear? More

Kimberly Fernandez 2011 A4 Service department is great. I had a parking break malfunction light, air bag and seat belt light go on Tuesday 6/30/15. Mechatronics unit replaced un Service department is great. I had a parking break malfunction light, air bag and seat belt light go on Tuesday 6/30/15. Mechatronics unit replaced under extended service warranty. I was told they don't cover restraints and I didn't want to spend $480 to replace seatbelt. I feel the restraint works fine it's the sensor that's failing. I would like for this to be reviewed as I would prefer it to get replaced. Thank you. More
