We were greeted by Edgar Cordoba, who was friendly and genuinely interested in listening to our needs and requirements on an Audi Q5. What I loved about the experience is that Edgar was always friendly, positive, and very knowledgeable about the Audi history and the committment that they have for their customers. Due to an expanding family, I needed to end my lease early on my A5 and get a car to fit a baby seat. At 8 months pregnant the last thing I wanted to do was be stressed out about getting a new car, and they were so wonderful about everything. Made me feel so welcome and walked me through all possible new Audi's. The entire experience was so wonderful that I would recommend everyone go visit Chase there. After I decided on my new Audi, Chase took care of everything with my old car and turning it in early with no penalty. Not only that, all paperwork was done and I just needed to sign when I arrived for my new car. It has made me an Audi loyalist and a Rusnak Audi enthusiast. Everything appears to have been taken care of and everyone's efforts are greatly appreciated. It does make a big difference... people buy vehicles because of the sales relationship but they come back and build referrals due to the after-sale relationships. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants and expects the best treatment and skilled staff. Everyone on the team should be proud! Chase Dunning does and great job on sales, customer care and solving problems - which is greatly appreciated and I typically refer people to him and your dealership 2 to 3 times a week (somewhat easy to do driving an A7 because people love to ask about it). Cameron Stewart knows how to make all the gears of a service department flow and the General Manager, Ted Moreno is attentive, professional and knows how to hire the right people and let them do their jobs well.
