I usually go here to get my Audi serviced, and when I was looking for a new car I naturally gravitated towards Rusnak Audi Westlake. I must say I was very pleased with every step of the process - from the organization of the appointment with Cameron Stewart and his team along with the polite, friendly and personable vehicle pickup by John and of course the vehicle service itself. Everything appears to have been taken care of and everyone's efforts are greatly appreciated. It does make a big difference... people buy vehicles because of the sales relationship but they come back and build referrals due to the after-sale relationships. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants and expects the best treatment and skilled staff. Everyone on the team should be proud! Chase Dunning does and great job on sales, customer care and solving problems - which is greatly appreciated and I typically refer people to him and your dealership 2 to 3 times a week (somewhat easy to do driving an A7 because people love to ask about it). Cameron Stewart knows how to make all the gears of a service department flow and the General Manager, Ted Moreno is attentive, professional and knows how to hire the right people and let them do their jobs well. More importantly, you've proven your teams can work together, solve problems and actually hear what the customers want - working as a cohesive unit to satisfy them. My husband and I were looking for a newer used Honda Pilot and found one listed with Rusnak Audi in Westlake. I sent an email inquiry about the vehicle and asked first thing what the best price they co Pilot and found one listed with Rusnak Audi in Westlake. I sent an email inquiry about the vehicle and asked first thing what the best price they could offer was, and I was almost immediately contacted via email (which I'd specified that I prefer) with a price $2k below what the list price. We had financing arranged but it was not the perfect loan due to certain LTV restrictions and valuation methods. Chase said he would like to beat the financing, so we filled out the credit application and went to see and drive the vehicle. He was able to get us financing that met our needs better than the loan we'd secured, that kept us in the perameters we needed. They also offered us a very fair price for our trade that was in need of new tires and had a little higher mileage than normal. The negotiation process was entirely painless, if you'd even call it a negotiation. We basically told Chase what we needed and what we could do as far as out of pocket cost, and he made it happen without any back and forth. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. We had our three small kids with us, and everyone went out of their way to talk to the kids and make sure we knew we were all welcome. The receptionist even put on cartoons for them in the lobby! Evan in finance had all of our paperwork prepared before we met to try and make the process as quick as possible. He was informative and made sure we knew all of our options, but there was no hard sell of any add-ons. When Chase completed the delivery with us he was patient and made sure we understood as much as possible about the car. He also helped me transfer all of my belongings from our trade-in to the new vehicle, including lugging our three heavy carseats to the new car! I don't normally leave reviews, but we had such a great overall experience that I wanted to let others know. We've bought several cars in the past, both new and used, and this was as easy as it gets. We were treated with respect and felt like they really wanted to earn our business. The next time we are in the market for a vehicle we will absolutely be back. More
