The purchase process went very smoothly after securing a purchase price which was substantially less than I had anticipated. Mitchell was exceedingly knowledgeable about the operation of the A6 & went into exhaustive detail in explaining how to take maximal advantage of the technical marvels of the Audi A6. I have never received such a thorough in-service in how to operate a new car. Since this was my first Audi, I found his detailed instructions saved me many hours of poring through the instruction manual since there were sometimes substantial differences in the use & operation of electronic equipment from my previous cars which included Mercedes, BMW, Lexus & Porsche automobiles. All in all, purchasing my Audi A6 from Mitchell Mayenschein at Rusnak Audi was a five-star experience. More
