Purchasing a vehicle from out of state can be unnerving; but the staff at Rusnak was honest, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure my transaction went smoothly. Straight forward dealings with quick replies Online search for a cpo Q5 for the past months and came across a vehicle at Rusnak. Complete description online but was missing some photos. Requested photos came quickly with all information. Negotiation over a few days and reached a deal. Handoff to finance was a bit awkward but worked out ok. Remote purchase so docs were sent to me but were incorrect. Corrected set sent out immediately and delivery effected in the time frame I needed. Overall not perfect but any mistakes were fixed quickly and with professional and friendly support More
