On a scale of 1 to 10, Rusnak Audi is a 12 . Always courteous, knowledgeable and on time. My only disappointment was actually with the Audi company. I have been driving Audi since 1996 and I been very happy with them. The car I have now had a very strange thing happen and I learned a very uncommon thing. A bolt in the drivers seat frame got loose and the whole frame had to be changed. A very expensive repair. I tried to use my Extended Warranty since it is not a "wear and tear" situation and they denied it. Then the guys and I both tried to have the Audi company cover it and was denied again. I am VERY disappointed in Audi. I feel there is no way this is my fault nor a normal wear and tear? More

Kimberly Fernandez 2011 A4 Service department is great. I had a parking break malfunction light, air bag and seat belt light go on Tuesday 6/30/15. Mechatronics unit replaced un Service department is great. I had a parking break malfunction light, air bag and seat belt light go on Tuesday 6/30/15. Mechatronics unit replaced under extended service warranty. I was told they don't cover restraints and I didn't want to spend $480 to replace seatbelt. I feel the restraint works fine it's the sensor that's failing. I would like for this to be reviewed as I would prefer it to get replaced. Thank you. More
