Service staff take the extra time to explain any repa The service here blows away any competition from any other dealership I have worked with so far. Service staff take the extra time to explain any repair or service item, and all options that you have for dealing with it. They will take the time to actually check records and make sure that the customer does not do the same service twice, or overlook a potential coupon. Tires aren't checked on the ground with 30% of it hidden - the car is put on a lift and properly evaluated. It's so simple to execute properly, but many service centers just don't take the time, and Rusnak/Westlake Audi does everything right. Right for the customer and right for the vehicle. More
