Service on new car The SRS Airbag light came on after only having the car for a couple of weeks, so I took it in to get serviced. They gave me a loaner car and communicated every step of the way, which was nice as it took over a week. A+! More

Straightfoward and consistently competitive I have no experience with their service department, but I just leased my third new Volvo from Rusnak in the last five years. Each time, 90% of the process was done over the phone and email (I'm in San Diego). I do extensive market research and maintain contacts with most SoCal Volvo dealerships. Rusnak consistently has the best pricing, and do not try any shady tactics, which is refreshing. No wonder they are one of the most popular and well-liked dealerships in the area. Special shout-out to Verletta Massey, Ephrem Yohannes and Mario Eshak. Keep up the good work! PS. Speed of communication could use some improvement. Sometimes it takes a few days for a person to respond, emails get lost in the mailboxes, etc. In this environment, you cant' afford to miss sales due to things like these! More
