He was very friendly and respectful throughout the whole process. He made the experience exciting and was consistent in following up whether it was was with a text or phone call. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at this location. Barbie, the finance manager was also very helpful in completing all necessary documents and explained information thoroughly. As a customer then, I am aware of the challenges of delivering quality service while expect the same quality that I would provide and in turn, deserver my loyalty. For the past 10 years, I have been loyal to one car manufacturer and dealer for that reason, however, at times when the product no longer provides the need or value among competition, the relationship would have to move on. However, a product and service of same level if not more, would make the transition a comfortable and unquestionable process and Rusnak provided that through Chris Harrison. Even with the issues Volvo was having with their system during the preparation and delivery of the vehicle, Chris ensured that delivery of the vehicle would be smooth and provided timely updates. Vehicles were well sorted or grouped in the lot without having to make customers walk all over the place looking for the model and options. The showroom, customer areas, offices were well laid out and parking is not a problem. Not only did Rusnak Volvo provide the best deal, reviews in social media reflected high regard for customer satisfaction in which the manager, I believe, is Sally, reads and responds to every review. Looking forward to a long relationship and to my first scheduled visit and meet the service staff I have also read great things about. More

Excellent in every way Ms. Verletta Massey provided a level of service that has compelled me to write my first review ever. To start, Ms. Massey reached out to me after I pu Ms. Verletta Massey provided a level of service that has compelled me to write my first review ever. To start, Ms. Massey reached out to me after I put in a request on Rusnak's site asking for a call about a specific 2016 XC90. We were able to agree on an out the door price before I even saw the car in person, and probably saved hours at the dealership by doing so. Of course, Ms. Massey understood that although we had agreed on a price, a deal was still contingent upon me actually seeing the car. Ms. Massey accommodated my schedule and stayed late to show me the car. Right away I was disappointed by some of the cosmetic issues with the car that did not appear in the pictures. The car was black and had some heavy swirling in the clear coat, quite a few scratches, and the perforations in the leather seats were filled with dirt. I spoke to Ms. Massey about my concerns and she insisted that their detail person could fix the cosmetic issues. I was skeptical, but I have my own detail guy who I know does excellent work, and I figured I would just have him thoroughly detail the car after bringing it home if necessary. The car was otherwise perfect, and the price was right, so I went ahead with the purchase. Since we had already negotiated a price, the entire process from test drive to final signatures only took about 45 minutes. Ms. Massey and I agreed that I would leave the car there for detailing, and I would pick it up when I got a chance in the next few days. When I finally had a chance to pick up the car, I was absolutely floored. The car had been completely, thoroughly, and clearly, expertly detailed on the outside. Whoever they use for detailing also applied touch-up paint on certain areas that it was needed, and the outside looked like a brand new car. They also completely cleaned all the tiny perforations in the seats. I am truly impressed, not just with the detailer, but with Ms. Massey who facilitated the deal, the detailing, and the final delivery in an exemplary fashion. More
