After waiting several days for an appointment it started with a 35 minute or so delay from my scheduled time. Anthony was pleasant enough and let me know it would take 3-4 hours to complete the 20k maintenance although he asked me to repeat a couple of times what I was seeing as issues. He then pointed me to Michael in the lobby for a shuttle. MIchael was on the phone resolving an issue but Jeanette "helped" me after waiting for a bit and informed me that the shuttle had just left and I said wait in the lobby. I did not know where the lobby was as this is my 3rd time in this dealership. I felt like I was bothering her although she was being extremely friendly with others. I took a seat by parts and when MIchael got off the phone I asked on timing and he immediately called the shuttle driver to get timing. This turned out to be longer than the driver predicted but still reasonable. A call from Anthony told me I needed new brake pads and in 2,500 miles to come back. When I checked out nothing was walked through with me when I came back. Jeanette couldn't find my paper work and I felt like that was somehow my fault. I was told to sign here basically. I tried to check in with Anthony who was on the phone at which point Michael followed me to the car to ask what else I needed. I was irritated and said I was ok once he walked me through the paperwork, but my phone was still not synching until I completely turned off the car, my seat still won't reset based on driver selection programming. I am really hoping that this is just an anomaly given the upcoming holiday weekend, but I will likely be doing my final service included with purchase, probably getting a second opinion on the brakes and looking for a service department that cares. More

Adimika was wonderful and she had lots of positive energy! She answered all of our questions and if she didn't have an answer, she went and found it. Five star service from her! Ephram was also very helpful. When we decided to purchase a few days later, we didn't have to wait hours for paperwork and Brandi Lopez, the finance manager, was very patient and kind. Gilbert was very receptive of my request and laid out the terms well on my trade. My only concern was that I was not given a copy of the original papers that I have signed since our understanding was to separate the trade papers, The copy of the lease agreement I was given does not bear my signature \, nor the signature of Mr Cheng either, the following day when I signed the papers for my trade, I was also surprised why I was asked to sign a new lease agreement paper which now have the trade agreement as well. My observation was that my monthly payment has now increased by about $15.00 which translates to almost 500 dollars on the lease lifetime. I am now wondering which is which, and also wondering what happened to the original lease agreement contract which I and Mr Cheng signed, attesting to the aforementioned agreement. 4 More
