Excellent service. After being reminded on my Volvo's navigation screen that my car was due for service, I made an appointment at Rusnak. for it's 12 month service. The service I got was excellent, from the welcome I got when I drove in to the completion and review of the work performed. Na'eem (Service) is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Anthony Always Makes It Better! We had an issue with the XC90 when the battery died! I was so distraught! As I was only a couple of blocks from the dealer he immediately sent one of We had an issue with the XC90 when the battery died! I was so distraught! As I was only a couple of blocks from the dealer he immediately sent one of his service guys over to jump start the car. As busy as they were he fit me in and did the regular service we were going to need so we could get the car back the next day. We also had an issue with the XC60 not having A/C - and we were having record high temps!!! He suggested we bring that car in and leave it when we picked up the XC90. He had the XC60 promptly repaired by the next afternoon so we were minimally inconvenienced. He’s always friendly and happy to help!!! Even when we are upset about car issues, he does his best to help and that always makes us feel better! More
