Yesterday was our third and final free maintenance appt. I know Sally will disregard this as another disgruntled customer ( this isn’t my first bad review ). We did the recommended front brake pad replace I know Sally will disregard this as another disgruntled customer ( this isn’t my first bad review ). We did the recommended front brake pad replacement and asked to have the wheels buffed per our extra warranty. The service rep shamed us saying “You have already used the warranty two times, this is the last time the warranty will cover the wheels “. It came out like a threat.... 7 hours later, they let the wheel guy leave with my keys. No one in service can ever answer questions ..... disappointing. I will never go back or buy a car from this location. Jimmy in sales and Barby in finance were amazing, so when I bought this car it was the best experience ever .... since then the service has made me not want to go back. ... More
