Work completed on time. No problem! Our new XC60 was in for a recall notice. The service advisor was cordial and expeditious. He called us to let us know all the work was completed which was well before a given time. Pickup was hassle-free, all employees polite and efficient. The only problem we had was scheduling the recall. Upon my first call, I was met with a response that someone would get back to me about scheduling the recall work. I received no call back for two weeks so I needed to call back to set up the appointment. After that, all went well. More

Normally excellent.. All good EXCEPT drop off. Appointment set and came at appointed time. Only service person to assist. Anthony - he was very good and apologized for the All good EXCEPT drop off. Issue was there was a line out into the street, people standing everywhere and all trying to maintain social distancing. It took over 1/2 hour to drop off the car.
