Rusnak Volvo went the extra mile and a half I brought in our XC90 to have it checked out for noise it was making. Anthony and the technician staff went the extra mile and a half to trouble shoot I brought in our XC90 to have it checked out for noise it was making. Anthony and the technician staff went the extra mile and a half to trouble shoot the issue. They conducted several test drives to pinpoint the noise. Ultimately they believe they found the issue and made some repairs. I just got the car back a few days ago and will see if the problem has been resolved. If it hasn't I'll bring the car back, BUT I am incredibly appreciative of the service provided from top to bottom at Rusnak Volvo's service department. More

The First Time I've Been Disappointed I have always had great care at Rusnak Volvo. My most recent visit took almost 4 hours, however. This included an evaluation and replacement of my batteries (covered by warranty) and an evaluation of a side mirror. Anthony was professional and courteous as always. He told me the service would take 2-3 hours. Rusnak, however, did not have an outside location for customers who needed to wait on site for their vehicle. I am sure that Rusnak can appreciate that during this pandemic, clients might not want to wait with others indoors. I used a camp chair from my car to sit across the street. While waiting, I saw at least two other clients walking around and waiting as well. I also saw my car taken from the repair bay to a back lot, and I thought that I would get a message from Anthony shortly telling me to come get my car. Over an hour later, I texted him asking about timing. He got back to me telling me to go to the cashier; my car was ready. The cashier called for my car to be brought around, but after 15 minutes of waiting, a kind service employee asked me if I needed help. He looked at my paperwork and brought my car to me. Again, usually, I am completely satisfied with service at Rusnak. I realize that these are trying times, but I think more can be done to accommodate clients and ensure timely delivery of their vehicles. More

When I called for the appointment and asked for a loaner When I called for the appointment and asked for a loaner car, they refused to provide me one saying it only takes 1.5 hours. They ended up taking more than 2.5 hours to do a computer update.(recall issue fix) I suggest them to provide a loaner car next time, and not eat up customers time. More
