Ephrem was fantastic. He went above and beyond to find us the car that we wanted. We had been looking at the Calabasas dealership but they didn't have a car in stock that had the features we wanted, and us the car that we wanted. We had been looking at the Calabasas dealership but they didn't have a car in stock that had the features we wanted, and they made little effort to find one at another dealership. We ended up calling dealerships near us and Ephrem immediately jumped on it. He found the car and made the whole purchasing experience very positive.
