Starting with making my appointment, and all the way through to driving off their lot after service, I am totally happy. Pedro set up my appointment and was extremely helpful in monitoring the servi through to driving off their lot after service, I am totally happy. Pedro set up my appointment and was extremely helpful in monitoring the service, making sure that all my concerns were addressed. He went through the repair list item by item and explained everything, even walking me into the repair area to show me physical evidence of the reason for a problem. (There was a loud whistling sound near the driver's side that was due to a couple of missing parts at the bottom of my side mirror.) Pedro is a gregarious, cheerful person who truly seems to enjoy working with people. The mechanic even found several repairs that were still under warranty, which expires in one month. I really appreciate the fact that they fixed these at no cost to me. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and polite. More
I have been coming to the dealership for many years and through 2 Volvos. In all this time, there is one bright spot consistently, and that is the service adviser Emily Denney. Emily is the kind of perso through 2 Volvos. In all this time, there is one bright spot consistently, and that is the service adviser Emily Denney. Emily is the kind of person who remembers everything about not only your car but your kids and work as well. She listens to my concerns when I bring in the car, communicates what they find, asks permission to perform the work, gives estimates of time and cost, and asks whether I need a rental or ride to the office. She goes out of her way to get repairs covered under warranty whenever possible. The work performed on my car is always greata and they are good at troubleshooting. The negative of course is that it is pricey but I feel the dealer is best while under warranty (and I have extended warranty also). There is some spotty service when calling in for appointments, but I have not experienced anything but great service from the service team. More
David Wilson is very easy to work with, very clean cut, did his job efficiently. The most I like when I bring my car to service is to see Sue Ellis. She is the star of the service department. Whenever I went in, she would come and greet me with a friendly smile and tell the customer service that I am in. whenver she has time, she will talk to me. I enjoy each and every minute talking to her. I prefer talking to her than staying in the waiting lounge.....even though there is donuts and coffee!!! More
This is my second time coming to the same dealership. I love dealing with Emily, she is very nice and always makes sure that I am happy with the service. My car was fixed, washed/cleaned (even under the booster seat – no car wash ever bothers to get there). Everything went out as promised. More
I bought a used Volvo S40. After I signed everything I bought a used Volvo S40. After I signed everything they took the car for a wash! (The car came back dirty!) My buddy checked the car and he said it has a really old battery and it's not even the right type! I called Rusnak back and THE OFFICE MANAGER PROMISED (MOHAMMED) that he pays for the tow. They told me to call AAA and use my card, but when we get there, they will take care of it with their card! Of course the manager lied, when we got there he started to argue about the price of the tow and just gave a nasty attitude to the tow-guy. SO he left and my AAA card was charged! I also noticed that one of the screws are missing from the wheel, so I told the manager! He told me I have four more and shouldn't be worried! They also promised me 1/2 on the first maintenance, which promise they never kept! I wasn't even able to reach the salesperson for the service discount! Than three weeks later he calls me and tells me that I shouldn't have taken the car anywhere else! I told him they recomended $800 worth of repairs on the car, he said they just want money and they most likely lied! (Visited Galpin Volvo for the maintenance!) I decided to go to a dealership to buy a used car, because I am tired of dealing with used car salesman. THIS PLACE WAS WORSE THAN ANY USED CAR DEALER I EVER VISITED!!!!! More
the following is email sent to Rusnak regarding our experience: we have met with one of your sales associate in your abscense. one thing i can tell is that it was one of my worst experience. i wil experience: we have met with one of your sales associate in your abscense. one thing i can tell is that it was one of my worst experience. i will not name any names. quotes over the phone and in the dealer were completely different and not even close. first we were very delighted and excited to receive a great deal. however, we soon found out it was all false. it seems he was just giving misleading quotes to lure potential buyers into your dealer. we were ready to purchase and make the deal. we even filled out financial application. when we pointed out the difference, he flatly denied our conversation. i dont know how you guys conduct your business in that misleading and deceitful manner. i will not recommend Rusnak to anyone. The worst sales & service experience I have ever had in California. Tried to "low-ball" me on my trade, only to suggest that I take my car down the street to Carmax if I wanted more than the $7,500 off in California. Sales manager said, "...we are in the business of car sales not car buying." I left in disgust and bought elseware while receiving over $2,000 more for my trade. STAY AWAY!!! More
My dad had a volvo so one day, i help him take his car for a service because my school was also on colorado blvd. Forgot the service guy's name, but he was nice to you when you arrive. I just went there for a oil change and tire rotation. when i came back to pick up my car, the service guy said my mount needed to be changed, and alot of junk which totaled $2000. He said he called me and left me a voicemail to confirm if i wanted to fix the stuff, but I never received any calls. So I told him I just wanted to get the car and go home. I went home and the week after, the air conditioner broke, and the turbo was not working right. Never had any problems prior to that. Had to sell the car for just $10000 and the car was only 5 yrs old. More
