Carfax will show almost no current information on vehicle they really have to work on communication, everyone is pretty much doing their own thing, follow up calls happen but not often. cars are priced higher they really have to work on communication, everyone is pretty much doing their own thing, follow up calls happen but not often. cars are priced higher than market value, several inconsistencies when it comes to reporting to dmv title transfers and all administrative/maintenance actions that should show on a carfax report which is standard for a lot of good dealerships. you can see for yourself when you click on the carfax for each vehicle they provide (which baffles me honestly), makes it hard to trust in my opinion. do your OWN research BEFORE making a purchase. Arranged appointment with Mr. Farfhid after verifying availability of vehicle with "Larry" to purchase 2011 XC60. Explained to Mr. Farfhid we were out of the area and would take 2 hours to visit showroom availability of vehicle with "Larry" to purchase 2011 XC60. Explained to Mr. Farfhid we were out of the area and would take 2 hours to visit showroom; further providing Rusnak with cell phone number Rusnak replies, "not a problem vehicle is available." Ten minutes out of dealership, contacted Mr. Farhid of our location and his reply, another couple came in and was looking at vehicle, I replied we had set up an appointment nearly 2 hours ago and he replied first come, first serve....When we showed up, 10 minutes later, the car was sold but Mr. Farfhid suggested that they, Rusnak, were running a credit check on the prospective buyer and we should stay and wait..I then ask to speak to the manager and express to him Rusnak unprofessional behavior as we had made an appointment...drove 2 hours to keep that appointment, without any call back from Rusnak, only to be used as "back-up" offer..The manager than inform us it was "against the law" to hold back a vehicle...even for a previous appointment???? In hindsight, this was probably a good thing to know Rusnak is more concerned with Rusnak satisfaction than their clients..Happy ending..made an appointment with Auto Nation of Irvin Volvo. Auto Nation kept their word and kept their appointment,and we purchased an identical vehicle for cash with less mileage, more options for just under one percent increase..I highly recommend Bob Mirza and Auto Nation Irvin Volvo...Rusnak, I would personally pass on.. I received a reminder postcard in December 2013 from Rusnak about an outstanding Service Campaign. In January 2014 I took my V70 into Rusnak to have the coolant line in question replaced. Paul looked on his computer and insisted there wasn't anything outstanding on the vehicle. I fetched their postcard with the SC number. Paul then tried to convince me it was an error by the postcard company. After I continued to insist, he did find it on his computer. But then he said it didn't apply to my model. I asked for he or his manager to give that to me in writing. He refused. By then, I'd had more than enough, and left. Besides their postcard, I'd received 2 mailings previously directly from Volvo Cars of North America in New Jersey - but unfortunately I hadn't brought them. I'll either find another dealer, or have an independent mechanic do the work. I recommend others do so as well. More

Kim also held the vehicle while I drove the following day to the dealership. Kim also demonstrated in-car access to the many navigation, radio, safety & cell phone features, along with driver settings, which I greatly appreciated. We will now have an incredible IIHS safety rated vehicle to better drive defensively and protect our family on the highway! I also would like to thank Sean Eghtedari, who thoughtfully offered and explained additional warranty and prepaid service options, while capably and thoroughly reviewing all paperwork associated with my purchase. He even invited me to to meet with service staff to help address some of my detailed, technical warranty-related questions. Having very professional, courteous and attentive people like Kim and Sean make for a most pleasurable buying experience. I also met with several other staff and the general sales manager that were equally attentive and incredibly pleasant. Once you’ve purchased a vehicle from them it’s their right, according to General Sales Manager, Keith, to treat you poorly. Keith indicated he has instructed his team to treat upset customers poorly, even when his team provoked the customer to become upset. “It’s their right to hang up on you stating their too busy to deal with you. It’s their right to not return calls when you have a problem with the vehicle you just purchased. It’s their right to call you names. IT’S THEIR RIGHT. Thanks Keith for clarifying you’ve made your commission and that gives you the right to make customer’s cry. Thanks for clarifying that you have instructed your team that Rusnak’s company mission statement to exhibit your poor behavior. The concept of repeat business is not in Rusnak’s business model. More

Rusnak Volvo service was great as always, they are only people to work on my 2005 Volvo. My overall experience and the price I paid was very good for what I had done. My next car will be from Rusnak Volvo. More
