Verletta made choosing a car fun and less stressful! I needed to get into a larger vehicle because I just had a baby and my X1 was just too small. I'm very short and have a hard time driving a large vehicle but Verletta was very helpful in getting me into the XC60. She was very patient, made lots of suggestions and showed me quite a few different cars that would meet our needs as a growing family. I generally get stressed and tired buying a new car but Verletta was fun, casual and always had a smile on her face. Just the nicest lady!
