Had my car for over 4 years and they keep it running like it just came off the line. There is no xx talk and they take the time to explain in simple terms what is wrong. I moved on to the Finance manager, Brandi, who was equally lovely to deal with, and i left Rusnak with exactly the car i wanted and a deal i felt good about. I feel like the dealership experience should be aligned with the brand image, and my buying experience was just as i would imagine for Volvo: simple, sophisticated, and beautiful.
