A sophisticated experience I came to Rusnak after frustating experience with two other Volvo dealerships. In fact, i had begun shopping Land Rover because i was so put off by Volvo. At Rusnak i found myself in the capable and genuine hands of Patrick Folsom, who treated me with respect and fairness. He was friendly, straightforward, very knowledgable and we had a deal quickly. I moved on to the Finance manager, Brandi, who was equally lovely to deal with, and i left Rusnak with exactly the car i wanted and a deal i felt good about. I feel like the dealership experience should be aligned with the brand image, and my buying experience was just as i would imagine for Volvo: simple, sophisticated, and beautiful. Easy and complete 10K service It was easy to schedule my service. They performed it without issue. I had commented about intermittent sunroof operation, they diagnosed it and found a bad motor, which was replaced under warranty. The car was completed after they closed for pickup that day, they called me and said that I could get it any time the next day, so I went early in the morning and picked it up. I had told them I was not in a hurry so this was no problem. They communicated clearly, did what I asked and the one task I had to pay for was priced fairly. All good. More

Had my car for over 4 years and they keep it running like it just came off the line. There is no xx talk and they take the time to explain in simple terms what is wrong.
