After 21 minutes of waiting outside (timed it), I had to go in and remind them I was still waiting for my car. took another 12 minutes to get my car. you have the video and can confirm the timing, though I did check them by my watch. Easy and complete 10K service It was easy to schedule my service. They performed it without issue. I asked to have the tires rotated, they did this for $20, which seems like a gr It was easy to schedule my service. They performed it without issue. I asked to have the tires rotated, they did this for $20, which seems like a great price. I had commented about intermittent sunroof operation, they diagnosed it and found a bad motor, which was replaced under warranty. The car was completed after they closed for pickup that day, they called me and said that I could get it any time the next day, so I went early in the morning and picked it up. I had told them I was not in a hurry so this was no problem. They communicated clearly, did what I asked and the one task I had to pay for was priced fairly. All good. More
