New Volvo XC90 Hybrid We turned in a lease and bought a new XC90 Hybrid. We were able to turn in our lease with no hassle and eventually bought a new XC90 Hybrid. Anderson, We turned in a lease and bought a new XC90 Hybrid. We were able to turn in our lease with no hassle and eventually bought a new XC90 Hybrid. Anderson, Meena and Ephrem were helpful in the sales price, although we were hoping for a more competitive loyalty discount. The was a software issue with the new car, but Meena and Anderson were helpful in getting that sorted out for us with minimal inconvenience. Brandi in finance was great! The missing star is due to the software update problem and lack of incentives from Volvo. With a $90k car for a repeat customer we would have expected better incentives and maybe throw in a cargo cover, trailer hitch wiring or even a coffee mug...something. We've always received more love from BMW and Acura. More

Ok and can be better I told the advisor to check on the wiper blade when I was in the service . I guess he is too busy and missed that spot. After calling around many volvo dealers, including all the ones south of orange county, a few up north, one in Arizona, I finally had someone answer who had one coming in. When I finally got to the Volvo of Rusnik, everyone was so nice and welcoming. they all made my first buying experience smooth, easy, memorable and exciting! More
