Excellent Service Experience I had a lot of lights illuminated on my instrument panel on Christmas Eve. I called Anthony Marino and he had me bring the car in that day without an appointment. The car was fixed that week. Rats had gotten into the engine compartment and chewed wires. A couple of weeks later the rats, not yet eliminated, chewed the wires again, and the lights were on. I took the car in and this time Rusnak fixed the wires for free—even though it was not their responsibility. Talk about building customer loyalty! More

New Volvo XC90 Hybrid We turned in a lease and bought a new XC90 Hybrid. We were able to turn in our lease with no hassle and eventually bought a new XC90 Hybrid. Anderson, We turned in a lease and bought a new XC90 Hybrid. We were able to turn in our lease with no hassle and eventually bought a new XC90 Hybrid. Anderson, Meena and Ephrem were helpful in the sales price, although we were hoping for a more competitive loyalty discount. The was a software issue with the new car, but Meena and Anderson were helpful in getting that sorted out for us with minimal inconvenience. Brandi in finance was great! The missing star is due to the software update problem and lack of incentives from Volvo. With a $90k car for a repeat customer we would have expected better incentives and maybe throw in a cargo cover, trailer hitch wiring or even a coffee mug...something. We've always received more love from BMW and Acura. More
