Finally in a safe car thanks to Rusnak! I had been driving a Fiat for the past couple of years and while I’ve enjoyed parking almost anywhere, I was constantly having issues with the car and I had been driving a Fiat for the past couple of years and while I’ve enjoyed parking almost anywhere, I was constantly having issues with the car and felt extremely unsafe in it. Recently, I began to have a problem with the engine and that was obviously the final straw, as an engine is quite imperative. I made an appointment with Verletta at Rusnak Volvo Pasadena and that is where this happy story really begins. I had taken my car to a dealership closer to my house and was unable to find a safe car that I really liked. I was scared to drive my car to Pasadena at first, in fear that it may stop on the way, but I’m so happy I did. Verletta let me test drive some new Volvo’s and some used and we found the perfect car for me. She understood my financial situation and she worked extremely hard with Meena to find me the best deal possible. They were both extremely kind during the process and felt like family. After finding the car I met with Brandi to sign all of the paperwork. Brandi kept this easy process going and made me feel so comfortable. And then at the end of the day I got to drive off in a Volvo! Talk about feeling safe! Sally the GM was so kind and welcoming throughout the process. She is a fantastic GM and leader and has an incredible team! I apologize for this long review but I am finally so happy and safe in my car! If you need a ride hit me up! More

Na'eem Adams is the reason I choose Rusnak Volvo I'm a two time Rusnak customer and have serviced three Volvos are Rusnak. The reason I keep returning is because of Na'eem. Whenever I come in, I feel like Na'eem has my back and I am in good hands. He's professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He promptly calls me to let me know the status of the repair/service and explains any issues such that I understand what needs to be done and why. I would also like to take a moment to share my experience with the other service staff. The wonderful woman who seems to always be there when I bring in my car is so kind and attentive. I feel bad I don't know her name! She's the best! Recently there have been two younger men (I believe usually wearing service uniforms ) that have helped with loaner cars and checking me in when Na'eem is busy with another customer. I noticed that this was how they were treating all of their customers, and at the same time, the way they went about doing this made me feel special. I regret not writing down everyone's name, but I do remember Mark and Christie. Mark under promised and exceeded my expectations about how long I'd be waiting for my car. The team at Volvo got me in and out of there in no time, and at no point did I feel like they tried to sell me on any unnecessary services.
