First time back to service my Volvo and I was just as impressed with the experience. The finance manager, Brandi, that helped me purchase my vehicle recommended a service advisor at the time and the customer service was stellar and seamless. Everything was done according to plan and the appointment and times discussed were all honored. The one thing that I wasn't too thrilled with is that I payed for a tire rotation and one of the Volvo logo valve screw caps was gone upon return. Must have fallen off or gotten misplaced. Its not THAT huge of a deal but now one valve cap is missing. More

I met Anthony in their service department yesterday for some last minute item and he was just a fantastic problem solver. I’m tempted to drive from OC for all my Volvo needs because they make you feel assured that your family and your car are taken care of. More
